What happens when my trial expires?
After 7 days your trial ends and your account moves to a free plan with 0 checks remaining. Your profile and history are saved. You can upgrade to Pro or Pro+ at any time to continue using the service.
What is a "Symptom Check"?
A Symptom Check is one structured query to the AI — you fill in symptoms (location, duration, intensity, additional signs) and receive a detailed health information report with source citations. AI Chat messages are counted separately.
Do chat messages reset monthly?
Yes. On Pro and Pro+, both symptom checks and chat messages reset every 30 days from your billing date. Free Trial limits (3 checks, 50 chat) are one-time and do not reset.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. Powered by Stripe.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We are UK GDPR compliant and never sell your data. You can request full data deletion at any time by contacting support.
